What we do
Our workshops
FHEA collaborates to provide and offer workshop opportunities that prepare local youth, young adults and young professionals to be able to be competent, confident servant leaders for their respective communities. FHEA works with communities in order to ensure that the particular context of each community is respected, honored and incorporated as part of these workshops in order to produce leaders who maintain and embody the proper professional leadership skills that are universal but at the same time maintain connection and context with their roots.
Workshops are aimed at ensuring that the most valuable resource after the human resource which is the ability to communicate and to articulate one’s particular ideas, values and goals are able to be done in a professional, contemporary and competent way. From public relations, proper use of social media, writing, journalism and literature are done with communities in order to encapsulate and relate it to their context.
FHEA sees the development of communities like a bird with two wings. Both men and women are needed in order to ensure that the community maintains a complimentary and equitable environment. FHEA understands that each community respects this diversity and works with young female professionals to develop the skill sets to be tomorrows leaders and to bring that level of leadership to all roles that they play within society.
